This is a charming location and a fabulous opportunity to jump on the property ladder in Poland. The plot borders a large (11km) lake with water sports and good fishing available, the properties are some 200 metres from the lake itself. Investment at this level is extermely hard to come by in Poland now and if the once military airport at Koszalin opens as a civilian airport, which already has regional approval, and is awaiting approval for European cohesion funding, the investment level could rise considerably. The properties have been totally renovated to a very high standard by a local developer. They are in possession of alarge number of other buildings in the same area which gives them a great deal of flexibility when it comes to adjusting the size of the property to the budget of the potential investor. They have attics available which tend to add some 10% to the final cost of the property. The area itself is surrounded by virgenal forest, lakes and rivers. There are good rail and road links from both Szcecin, Poznan and Gdansk airports.
